Asphalt Roofing

After photo: The same Bath, Ohio home (zip 44333), seen in a photo taken after the roof replacement project was completed. The project was to replace wood shake roofing and flashings. Since wood roofing can prove a fire hazard, Certainteed Landmark 30 dimensional shingles provide much enhanced fire retardance. As with all modern roof, soffits and ridge vents are employed, Shinglevent II Ventilation ridge. This new roof also features Winterguard Ice guard, Roofers Select felt paper, Aluminum drip edge, and Chimney flashing.
