Addition (Vinyl Siding/Vinyl Windows/ Asphalt Roofing)
Before photo: Exterior renovation and remodelling project, includes an addition: Master bedroom and bath, additional bedroom, roofing, siding, windows. A residence in Medina Ohio 44256.
After photo: Home addition, remodelling project: Master Bedroom, Sitting area, master bathroom, Additional bedroom. Medina Exteriors built dormers on the roof and installed a full basement. For the roof, CertainTeed Landmark Weatherwood dimensional shingles were choses with Winterguard Ice guards, Aluminum Drip edge, Roofers select felt paper, Shinglevent II ventilation ridge vent. For siding the owners chose Alside Odyssey Plus Tuscan Clay Dutch lap siding, and Alside Charter Oak Hidden vent soffit. New, energy efficient double hung windows were also installed: Alside Excalibur double hung windows, tilt type using low e argon gas, and PVC Aluminum (Autumn Red) wrapped window frames and rake boards. The doors are Sabin Lifetime exterior doors, side, 6-panel interior masonite doors. The owners chose a cement basement floor and the project included complete electrical and plumbing, painting trim, walls and ceilings, rough grade for the yard, insulation, baseboards and casing trim, Hardwood floors and carpet, installation.
