Products utilized included: Alside Charter Oak Energy Elite Insulation fitting Dutchlap Walnut siding with Charter Oak Hidden vent walnut soffit, Alside white tilt in low e argon gas Excalibur windows, CertainTeed Landmark 30 Dimensional Shingles in Moire Black, Shinglevent II ridge vents. The new porch roof extends the utility of the home and also improves its look. Its construction used CertainTeed Shingles, Firring out block walls. Finally the Alside Charter Oak Energy Elite Walnut Siding. Black Seamless gutters and downspouts with hidden hangers were chosen to match the roofing.
