Basement Remodel

After photo: Taken after the project to remodel a basement in a Medina, Ohio 44256 home. Visible are the Owens Corning brick veneer, new drywall, drop ceiling, casing and baseboards. The project also included painting the walls and trim. Not visible but included in this project were post wood wrapped, recessed lighting on dimmers, a soffit built, new 6 panel wet bar of masonite with white doors. It also included a half bathroom with a pedestal sink. The details make the difference and to round it out were a utility tub, cable and phone outlets, closet, carpet, ceramic tile flooring, electrical outlets and switches, built in bookshelves, including the staining.
